15 years
ago, I was introduced to the Original Food Tabs.
As a teacher, I'd stay late after school correcting
papers and bulky workbooks - I didn't want to carry
home. I always kept a jar of Food Tabs on hand to
nibble on, especially if I missed dinner. It saves
time not going out. Sometimes I needed extra energy
at recess, too. The Food Tabs really kept me going.

I have wanted to tell you about me and
the Good For You Tabs. So many things happened.
My husband died in 1991. I forgot about my diet,
but I continued to have Tabs for breakfast and lots
of times for my desert. I am 93 years young. "
I am amazing," so my friends say. I live in
my own home alone. I passed my drivers test - I
have my license until 1997 -I will be 97. The most
important thing 1 am healthy. I play contract bridge
four times a week - do my own shopping - pay my
bills as soon as they arrive. When I went to the
dentist - they could not believe I was 90. 1 have
perfect teeth - a few little fillings - of course
- they want to know my secret - so the Tabs are
make known.

I'm glad the
Food Tabs are still showing people how to stay healthy
and active even into their senior years. I was introduced
to the Food Tabs more than 10 years ago by a truck
driver from Ohio. He got "so excited"
by them that he took a trip to the plant to see
how and under what conditions they were made. He
came back with a glowing report of the man behind
the venture, the plant conditions and quality of
the Tabs. I have 5 kids, 10 grand kids from 18 to
4 years of age. Some are just now being introduced
to the tabs by their fathers or mothers. Usually
my kids will ask for it. I happen to have a spare
bottle on hand. They always accompany me on trips.
I keep a bottle at work. I work 40 plus hours a
week, push mow an acre and haven't been to a doctor
in over 10 years. Keep up the good work.

I have used the
Original Food Tabs for many years. I always felt
so much better when I took my tabs. I had my 83`d
birthday July 27, 2000. 1 have arthritis and I know
the Food Tabs even helped when I have them to take.
I live on Social Security and was born in 1917
so I am a notch years child. I get less Social Security
than other people. I have been on a very fixed income.
A small veterans pension and with God's help I have
raised 7 children. I have been a widow for over
40 years since my second husband passed away.
I was very glad when I could get my Food Tabs.
Several of my children have the Food Tabs also.

I have been on
the Food Tab for about 30 years now. When they came
out I was selling them for some time. I am
72 years old and in good health, very seldom get
a cold. So I think it is the Food Tabs that keep
me going. I work every day. I do home health
and I also do back woods. So don't ever
stop making them because I think they are very good.

I am so eager
to get my next Food Tabs. I feel so much better
when I take them. They are the best that I've every
used for blood sugar fluctuation also for depression.
Because, as the blood sugar balances out the depression
minimizes. They cannot be surpassed for an over
all "well" feeling. I keep them a few
in the my purse when I go away to shop etc. So my
pet cat knew I kept something in there, that I'd
given her a small sample of one. She never forgot
it! Consequently when I reach in my purse for something
she gets excited, thinking she may just get a treat.
I believe the Food Tabs give me strength and energy
to enjoy life more and I thank God for them.

I have used the
Original Food Tablet off and on for over 15 years
and have certainly been satisfied with the results.
From time to time I add a few more pounds to my
medium build frame than it requires. When this occurs
I just go on a "Food Tab Diet" eating
one good meal a day and taking 4 or 5 food tabs
to replace the other two meals. Before long I am
right back to the weight the Good Lord intended
me to be. The best part of using the "Food
Tab Diet" I get the nutrition my body so much
needs, while dieting to maintain, I do not get "cranky"
or feel I am depriving myself when dieting. I am
very satisfied.
